Due to issues outside the company's control. Insurance is now applied to every order regardless of how many items you buy.  Once it leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of the box or the condition of the contents inside the box. All items are packed to try and ensure they arrive in the same shape as they were shipped out in. But we will include Insurance as to help recover some if not all of your items costs.  

We are not responsible for any items that is damaged or missing due to the delivery carrier careless actions.    

As always, if you have any issues with delivery of your packages. You need to contact your local USPS, UPS or FedEx(Which one that was used) and see if they can track down the package.  Sometimes it might have just been dropped off at the wrong address, but again. The quicker you act, sometimes the USPS can figure it out as long as not much time has elapsed

But it is still your responsibility to contact your local USPS to find out where your package is at
