RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the Collectible nature of these items, there are absolutely no returns for store credit
or money refunded.
Everything sold is SOLD AS IS. If you have any question at all on anything,
ASK BEFORE PURCHASING.
Insurance is highly recommended on every item due to the nature of another company handling the packages during delivery. INSURANCE IS AT YOUR DESCRETION AND YOUR COST! If not selected, we cannot help you with any missing or damaged items. We strongly suggest having all items shipped insured.
We are not part of the USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Once the item(s) leave our hands, we cannot gurantee the condition on which
your package is delivered to you or if even your package is still available for you to claim when you get home, IE- Porch Pirates.
We are absolutely not responsible for any items that are stolen.
It is your responsibility to ensure your present when your package is dropped off or secured at your location.
Also, if any items are damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local post office
since most claims require the post office to actually see how it was shipped and damaged to box.
Also, if your package comes up missing or delivered to another address due to carelessness of delivery person.
You need to contact your local USPS Delivery carrier branch and inquire about the box's location ASAP.
Sometimes, your package can be found if you notify your local post office as soon as possible
If any item(s) is/are damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately,
we will do what we can help you resolve the issue.
Due to the problems with fraudulent complaints.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO ADDRESSES THAT SHIPS OVERSEAS!!!!!!
We have the sole right to refuse any sales that we think might lead to a fraudulent claim
